Species: Dragon

Element: Born of the Fire

Looks: They’re vaguely bird-shaped and covered from tip to tail with feathers. They can stand upon two gold talons with white tips. Their front and the underside of their long, thick tail have golden feathers, while the feathers down their back, legs and wings are red tipped with orange, somewhat resembling flames. Their wings each have a golden set of three claws, that they can lean on or hold things with. At the tip of their tail are three long, bright golden tailfeathers. Their snout is somewhat square-shaped, with a golden, curved horn growing out of the tip. On their head is a crest of large, bright gold feathers. Their slightly sunken eyes have clear eye-ridges and are pink, with slit pupils and thick black rings around their irises.

Personality: Loyal, stubborn, and determined, Pyrosoul is not one for giving up or compromises. They prefer to make it quite clear who they are and what they stand for and expect the same of others. They’re very social and aren’t afraid to speak up, so people tend to look up to them. Pyrosoul believes in using their own strength to stand up to others, so if they get in an argument with someone it’ll probably come to blows, albeit not very hard ones… Unless it’s The Enemy, in which case Pyrosoul will fight for real. They value honesty and the firm opinion of the individual, so they don’t think much of those who easily change their minds. They aspire to be a heroic individual, but… well… Their heart is in the right place.

Likes: The Red Sun, being around other people, vegetables.

Dislikes: The Draconic Empire, darkness, heavy rain.

Story Snippet: The Draconic Empire has taken over many places, and its Emperor has upset many people with his army’s barging in, demanding taxes and giving dragons a bad name. Pyrosoul hails from one such place, and represents many people with such grievances. When the Swamp Witch appeared through a starry portal with an offer of alliance against this common enemy, they agreed… Despite issues caused by an unfortunate culture clash. They know that the Emperor desires The Judgement’s Eye, and of what he may do with it if he had it, so they’re invested in making sure he doesn’t get it. Maybe this could translate to helping Ether destroy it..? Or would it be safer to avoid that whole mess..?

Fun Fact: Pyrosoul believes that they draw their Fire Elemental Magic from The Red Sun that their culture perceives as a deity.
